For the Ones in the Middle of Becoming

Radiant Threads began with a love of creating.

For years, I designed and printed apparel for seasons, teams, businesses, events, and all kinds of special moments. I learned how much thought can live inside something as simple as a sweatshir, the right words, the smallest detail, the way a design feels when someone puts it on.

I loved the work, but somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to create something more intentional.

I didn’t just want to make apparel that was cute, trendy, or made for a particular season. I wanted to create pieces that meant something. Clothing that could feel personal without requiring an explanation. Designs that could say the words we sometimes need to hear but don’t always know how to say ourselves.

That desire slowly became Radiant Threads.

And Rooted & Rising became the beginning of everything I wanted Radiant Threads to be.

Created in the Middle of It

Rooted & Rising was not created from the other side of a perfectly completed healing journey.

It was created during one of the most emotional and difficult seasons of my own life.

At first, I didn’t fully recognize how much I needed the collection myself. I simply kept creating; working through phrases, illustrations, colors, flowers, stars, mountains, flames, and all the tiny details that make each piece feel complete.

But the collection gradually became somewhere for me to put the things I was carrying.

It gave me a place to create when I couldn’t fix what was happening around me. It allowed me to turn difficult emotions into something tangible, meaningful, and honest. The words I was placing onto the hoodies were not messages I had already mastered. They were reminders I needed too.

Honor how far you’ve come.

You are allowed to take up space.

Healing takes time.

Be gentle with yourself.

All I can do is all I can do, and that is enough.

The more the collection developed, the more I understood that Rooted & Rising wasn’t meant to speak from the finish line.

It was for the middle.

The place where you can be grateful and exhausted. Hopeful and afraid. Hurting, healing, and happy, sometimes all at the same time.

The place where growth is happening, even when it doesn’t feel graceful.

You Don’t Have to Pretend This Part Is Beautiful

There is so much pressure to turn every painful experience into an inspiring story.

We are encouraged to bloom through hardship, find the lesson, choose joy, and be grateful for the strength our struggles created.

Sometimes those things are true.

But sometimes a difficult season is simply difficult.

Sometimes strength feels less like triumph and more like continuing to show up because there is no other choice. Sometimes healing is quiet, slow, frustrating, and almost impossible to see while it is happening.

Radiant Threads was created with space for that truth.

You do not have to pretend every part of your journey is beautiful for your life to still hold beauty.

You do not have to be thankful for what hurt you in order to be proud of the person you are becoming.

You do not have to have everything figured out before you are worthy of softness, rest, confidence, joy, or clothes that make you feel like yourself.

Rooted & Rising is not about covering difficult things with pretty words.

It is about acknowledging that even here, in the unfinished, complicated middle; you are still becoming.

More Than Words on a Sweatshirt

Every Radiant Threads design is created as a complete piece of wearable art.

The artwork is not an afterthought placed in the center of a blank garment. Each element is considered: the statement across the back, the words hidden near a wrist, the artwork traveling down a sleeve, the small reminder placed near a pocket or hem.

Some details are bold enough to be seen across the room. Others are quiet and personal, meant mostly for the person wearing them.

The goal is to create meaningful apparel that still feels stylish, expressive, and genuinely wearable; pieces that combine art, emotion, and fashion without feeling generic or overly polished.

Soft, but not fragile.

Strong, but not hardened.

Encouraging, but honest.

Feminine, expressive, slightly worn, and full of intention.

These are not clothes reserved for the version of you who has already healed, achieved, overcome, or arrived.

They are made for who you are today.

A Brand That Is Still Becoming

Rooted & Rising is the first true collection from this new chapter of Radiant Threads, but it is only the beginning.

Future collections may speak to different parts of the human experience; the hopeful parts, the tired parts, the confident parts, the complicated parts, and even the parts that cope through humor and a little bit of sarcasm.

But the heart of Radiant Threads will remain the same.

This is a brand for women with full, complicated stories.

For the ones growing quietly.

For the ones rebuilding.

For the ones learning to rest without feeling guilty.

For the ones discovering that softness and strength can exist together.

For the ones who are proud of how far they have come but are still trying to find their way forward.

For the ones in the middle of becoming.

I am there too.

And perhaps that is the most honest beginning I can offer.
